First Lightning Game

We had the great opportunity to take Jaxon to his first NHL game. We scored some great seats courtesy of Grandpa Wabeke and watched the Bolts take down the Atlanta Thrashers in the 2010-2011 home opener. I was a little bit worried how he would be but my doubt was removed as soon as we got inside and he started hearing the music. It was a great experience for all of us and we can't thank Grandpa and the Bolts enough for such an awesome way to end our vacation and kick off the hockey season at the same time!

Whoa, what is this place?
Thunderbug is a little scary guys!

I'm ready to raise the Cup!

Allrighty, let's get inside and drop the puck!

Three generations together at the good ole hockey game!

Whoa, so this is hockey?

Why can't we afford these seats dad?

Look mom, he just went top shelf!

Teaching Jaxon how to taunt the opposing players.

I think he has the hang of it!

Nothing like a game and a frosty cold one, even if it's juice.
When are they going to score?

Intermission time, also time to put on my jammies!

Take me to the nachos dad! I need a snack before bed.

I was so excited that I didn't fall asleep all the way home!
