Ahhh..... Maternity pants!

A pleasant surprise awaited me today at Motherhood Maternity. I went maternity clothes shopping with knots in my stomach anticipating the horror that awaited inside the store. While searching through the racks I thought this is not so bad it's just like normal clothes but stretchier. I can do this. As soon as I tried them all on I realized I felt like I was wearing my lounging pj's at home but I looked like I was a normal member of society. So my verdict is that Motherhood Maternity has a good cross between comfort and style(well as much style as you can have with an expanding belly) which is greatly appreciated by this pregnant lady. So everyone take a big sigh of relief with me. No more unbuttoning my top button when I sit down---I HAVE PANTS!

Well everyone has been asking for a belly shot so here is what there is so far. Here are also some pictures of some things we have bought the little nugget. With all the baby boy stuff I have been buying I am starting to panic that the next ultrasound we are going to be told that we are having a girl. Lets just say I am not cutting tags or tossing receipts just yet. We went crib shopping this week and we are going again tomorrow. There are so many beautiful cribs out there but I keep thinking that I will find the perfect one. So the search continues!
I had an appointment this week and everything was great so far. Of course we got to hear the heart beat but this time we were able to hear the nugget kick also. It was amazing! I booked us an appointment to get a 4-D ultrasound in Tallahassee on october 25(our 8 year anniversery from the day we met). We will get awesome pictures and videos to put on here for you all to see.
I am sure some of you might know this already but we will be making a first road trip in our new car. We are going up to Wisconsin in the beginning of September and my mom is putting together a baby shower--Yea! Getting together and seeing a lot of you will be great and we are both looking forward to it.

Hello from Nick

Baby shoes are the best part of shopping for our nugget. Cribs, Strollers, Bassonets, Mangers and stuft animals have no comparison to shoes. I don't know what it is, but women love shoes and some how I have as an extension of loving a beautiful womanss love shopping for baby shoes. So send us some shoes... they're cute, seriously... how can God make little toes like the ones that could fit into those shoes and you not love them.

Our Visitor

While walking Drew-G Nick found this visitor in the yard. We were thinking of keeping him and then he took off across the counter and we realized we had nothing that would hold him so we had to let him go free down by the pond.

Here is our new house and car

Life is Good

Well to start I have to say that we have not been as good as we would like at keeping everyone in our lives connected on what has been happening over the past few years and to be honest I believe it is just because things always seem to move too fast to keep up my self. So I figure no better time then now to start sharing with our family and friends.

Ok lets start with just the recent changes. We left Abilene,TX this spring to move back to Florida, the state we met and fell in love in 8 years ago. Nick was flying the B-1 and is now flying the U-28. He was reassigned because the B-1 was overmanned and although he hasn't started flying yet he is pretty sure he will love it just as much as the B-1. We just purchased our first house in Navarre, Fl and it is better then I ever could have thought out first house would be. We love it here. Last night we also just bought our first brand new car. It is a dodge durango and it fully loaded. Very exciting!

With all the major changes going on nothing is more exciting to share with you then the news of our new little nugget on the way! I am due Jan 4th and we have a lot to do till then. Here are the first pics taken when I was 10 1/2 weeks. I am now 17 weeks and feeling much better then I did then--Thankfully!

Nick and I will try our best now to keep you updated on all the new happenings in our lives.
